Conditioning Packet
The Volleyball Season begins in August, before school even starts! Tryouts will begin August 10 and games begin August 18. Teams will not be decided until after tryouts. For this reason I have put together a Summer Conditioning Packet to help you PREPARE for tryouts and for those who make the team PREPARE for season. There are minimal days between teams being decided and season beginning. The less time we can spend conditioning the more time we can spend on skill and strategizing against our opponents. June is a time for you to build you base, I will see you 4 weeks before tryouts and will help with your conditioning. Good luck!
